Upon arrival at your event, our delivery team will request payment for the full balance before unloading the unit. Please note that refunds cannot be provided once the unit is set up and accepted. Prior to unloading, the customer must sign and date the rental agreement, indicating their understanding and agreement to the terms outlined.
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review, understand, and agree to all rental terms. Once the unit is set up in the designated area chosen by the customer, it will remain there and cannot be moved. Therefore, it's essential to decide on the setup location before our arrival and prepare the area accordingly.
Our setup technician will inspect the area, set up the unit, and conduct an inspection with the customer, including going over basic usage rules. The setup area must be clear of rocks, sticks, and animal waste. Throughout the rental period, the unit must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The renter assumes full responsibility and liability for the unit from setup until removal. Do not deflate the unit during the rental period. Our technician will aim to remove the unit as close to the agreed-upon time as possible. During tear-down, a second inspection and clean-up will be conducted.
We do not charge a standard cleaning fee, as some grass or dirt is expected with normal use. However, if our technician finds food, candy, water, or any other liquids during tear-down, an additional $50 cleaning fee will apply.
Adhering to these guidelines ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Prices for all units do not include delivery or setup. For rentals in Johnson County there is absolutely no delivery fee. We will deliver anywhere in the state of Indiana, but the delivery fee will change to reflect differences in fuel cost and time to deliver the unit. The $25.00 Service fee covers the professional and timely delivery and installation of your unit, a walk-through with directions on usage, and tear-down.
Johnson County Bounce Houses will contact you the day before your rental by phone, email, or text, to confirm. If you miss our call, be sure to call us back to complete this important step! This step is necessary so you will know the time window of set-up, as well as a discussion on the weather for your event. If there is a strong chance of rain or high winds, we will encourage a cancellation of the rental along with a full refund. Nothing is more important than the safety of those using the unit!
Set up: Upon delivery, we'll provide you with the popcorn machine, ingredients, and all necessary instructions for setup. Our team will position the machine in a suitable location, ensuring it's near a power source and away from any hazards.
Ingredients: Before the event, we'll supply you with all the ingredients needed to make popcorn, including kernels, oil, and bags for serving. All we need to know is how many people are expected, and we will charge for ingredients accordingly.
Operation: Operating the popcorn machine is easy. You'll pour the popcorn kernels and oil into the designated compartments and turn on the machine. As the kernels heat up, they'll start popping, filling the air with that irresistible popcorn scent.
Cleanup: After the event, be sure to dispose of any leftover popcorn responsibly. Our team will dismantle the popcorn machine and clean up any messes or spills.
Setup: Upon delivery, our team will set up the water bounce house in your desired location. You'll need to provide access to a hose that will reach the unit. Once set up, the water feature will be ready for hours of enjoyment.
Usage: Guests can bounce, slide, and splash to their heart's content! The water sprayers ensure that the slides stay slick and slippery for maximum fun. Be sure to supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.
Overnight Rental: Our water bounce houses are designed for overnight use. We do not charge a multiple day fee, only our water unit fee of $50.00. After a day of fun, simply leave the bounce house where it is and turn off the power switch on the blower, first thing in the morning turn the switch back on and let the blower do the work. This allows the unit to dry thoroughly before our team packs it away.
Morning Cleanup: In the morning, it's the customer's responsibility to disconnect the water hose and allow the bounce house to dry completely before our team arrive and pick it up.
Safety: Safety is our top priority. We ensure that our water bounce houses are constructed from high-quality materials and undergo regular maintenance and inspection. However, it's important to follow all safety guidelines and supervise children at all times during use.
